100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
As rx'd (without vest), 20 rds cindy (5-10-15)
t = 53:05 = 7:18 (1st mile) + 38:08 (20rds Cindy) + 7:39 (2nd mile)
Push ups were the hardest, along with that 2nd run.
