20100119: Run on snake hill. Just checking things out. I should look into getting skis, as running on groomed x-country ski trails kinda made my knees hurt.
Did a crappy 8:10 fran (as rx'd) in the days before sometime. Too much coffee I think. Also chipped out a 32ft long 3 feet deep and wide flower bed with a pick axe. Not happy fun time. Wrists were sore from that. Also got my power-rack into to house, wife 'loves' that. Man that thing is a bitch to move, even in pieces. Kids LOVE it, and swinging around on the rings makes their little days!
